How GAAD is built
It is easy to think working with AI means giving it a prompt and getting an answer. GAAD works differently. It runs on a small team of four, each with a job of their own: Miles Walker as Chief Architect, deciding and testing; Claude as Specification Owner, keeping the records and writing the code; ChatGPT as Architecture Reviewer, a second pair of eyes; Claude Code as Code Technician, working locally with its hands on the estate, building at the bench on Miles's own machine and checking every script against the specification before it reaches him. GAAD began with the instinct of a technician, and its newest seat carries the same word.
The work itself moves in one loop: direction from the Chief Architect, specification and code from Claude, a validation gate on every handover, testing in Blender, and everything captured into the records. The same records you can read on this site.
The seats and what each one owns are also kept as a record: see Team Roles in the Records, and About GAAD for what the platform is for.
