v0.022 (17 Jul 2026): the file takes the GALF spine - all 18 sections present by code, each carrying content or stating unknown (D186, Miles's word). Nothing invented, nothing lost: content moved to the section that owns it, anything that needed a ruling was carried whole under 'unshelved'. conforms_to corrected to GALF v0.008, the contract that requires this spine and carries the base relationship vocabulary. Previously GALF v0.004.
